Book Your Tee Time Online
Welcome to
Foxfire new online reservation
engine.
First time registration MUST be done at a
location where you have access to the e-mail
address you will be signing up with. Your
initial password will be emailed to you
during registration.
1. Click the "Sign up and
Start Booking" link below. A new window will
open to the reservation engine while this
window will stay open. You will then be able
to read and follow these instructions as you
go through the sign-up process.

In the new
reservation engine window:
2. Click the
REGISTER button on the right side of the
screen.
3. Enter a
username. We recommend using a nickname or
your first and last name together as your
username. For example, if your full name is
John Smith, you would make your username
johnsmith. But you are able to use any
username you would like as long as it is not
in use by another member. Please remember
that your username is case sensitive.
4. Enter your
personal information in the spaces provided
and click the PROCEED button.
5. Your
temporary password will be sent to the
e-mail address you entered in the previous
step. The e-mail should only take a few
minutes to be delivered.
6. Click the
"Go to Login" button. You will be redirected
back to the main log in page. Enter the
username that you created and the temporary
password that was emailed to you. Click the
"LOG IN AND BOOK" button.
7. You will
be asked to change your password. Enter your
temporary password in the space labeled
"Current Password", and then type in your
new password and confirm it. Click CHANGE
PASSWORD and you are now ready to book tee
times by clicking on the "book a tee time
link" that appears on the next page.
8. FOR
MEMBERS OF THE CLUB: Once you have changed
your password, click the "Edit Profile"
button, then click the "MEMBERSHIPS" button,
both of them are at the top of the screen.
Once you are in the membership section you
will need to click on the "Memberships"
button at the bottom of the page to add your
member number. Choose your course from the
drop down menu on the left. The course name
should appear as "Foxfire" and
then put your member number in the box on
the right. You then must confirm the
membership. The member number you enter must
be entered exactly as it is in the courses
database. Also the full name on the account
must match. (If you have forgotten your
member number or are not sure how your name
is listed with the course, please contact
the course at 1-866-465-3714). Click PROCEED.
9. You are
now ready to book a tee time. Go to the Main
Menu and click on the Book a tee time
button. Please e-mail support@teetimes.com
with details of any problems that may arise.
